Currency Catastrophe

What’s new?   Pay attention.  Most major world currencies are now trading like penny stocks.  Politicians and Hedge Funds take advantage of this currency volatility madness to rape stock exchanges and entire countries overnight.  Massive corporations are blown out of the water by currency fluctuations.  Their employees become helpless pawns as the mega-crime unfolds.

Civil servants and pensioners are left penniless as entire countries slide into bankruptcy at the hands of the greedy Madmen of Wall Street.

That’s what’s new.  Integrity is dead.

It’s a one-way street that leads to chaos.  Everybody loses.

Plastic guns and plastic planes?  Sorry folks.  These stories just don’t fly.

Canada Clarked Again

Quebec got the separation ball rolling.  Now, BC Premier Christy Clark says that her province doesn’t need Alberta or Canada.

That’s just plain stupid, but it’s not the first time we’ve been done in by a politician named Clark.

The snarly West Coast Premier says that she wants to pipe highly explosive Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) all the way across BC.  That would be dangerous and stupid on its own if it wasn’t impossible.  At the same time she refuses to transport docile non-explosive Tar Sands Oil through her fiefdom.  Again that’s really stupid for BC and for Canada.

If Clark wins the BC election I propose that the Feds and Alberta impose surcharges on Energy, Road, Rail, Air and Telecommunications Services shared with BC by Canadians.  This surcharge could be geared to more than compensate for revenues lost as a result of Premier Clark’s arrogance.  Toll Gates where appropriate.

It takes genius and generosity to unify a country.  Parasites pull it asunder.

Go Gitmo

U.S. Col Morris Davis of Howard University wants Gitmo closed.

My recommendation?  He should arrange to have the final 100 detainees (most are free to go but, turned away by their own countries) enrolled at Howard University.  Yup – release them into his back yard.  My guess at his response to this?  NIMBY – Not In My Back Yard.
